The hotel has a fantastic location in downtown Boston, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are quite tiny for the price, and they could have been cleaner, which was a bit disappointing. The service was generally okay, though a little rude at times. Overall, it's a decent place but not what I expected for the price.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. It was conveniently located near historical attractions, and the service was exceptional, particularly from Carla, who was incredibly helpful. However, the room was quite small and noisy due to its location near the elevator and ice machine. Additionally, the dining options were limited for the price paid.
